Addiction assessment

https-::www.connection-sggz.nl:behandeling:intakegesprek

The treatment programme at Connection SGGZ starts with an comprehensive assessment phase at our head office in Eindhoven. During this interview, we get to know you better, which enables us to identify your needs and problems. Following, we provide a personal plan that suits your situation.

Extensive introduction

For quality purposes, we subdivided the assessment phase into two interviews that are scheduled on the same day. The first interview will be conducted by a psychologist. This is followed by an interview with a psychiatrist so that we can provide you with the right treatment plan.

Tailor-made treatment plan

Every person is different and the same goes for addiction, which is why we will give you treatment advice that suits your personal needs. Together, we look at what is best for you. This may be an outpatient programme at our location in Eindhoven. We could also recommend a clinical treatment of 6 to 10 weeks, either in our rehabilitation centre in South Africa, or in our inspiring clinic in Meerlo, the Netherlands.

Short waiting list

We do not have long waiting lists. As an effect, you can plan an assessment interview within a short period of time. If you are ready to start a new life, contact us today for an appointment.

We are more than willing to answer your questions and we can tell you more about all options and the way we work.
