Consumer Quality Index

The Consumer Quality Index (CQI) shows how clients rate the quality of our care and what you can expect from treatment. Based on these experiences, we continue to improve our care so that it is increasingly tailored to your situation and recovery process.

At Connection SGGZ, we believe it is important to understand how you experience our care, which is why we use the Consumer Quality Index (CQI). It is a questionnaire that allows our clients to rate the quality of our outpatient and inpatient care. Your feedback helps us refine our care to tailor it even more to your needs.

The CQI is a survey of different aspects of the care we provide, including:

  • effectiveness
  • respectful treatment
  • information about your treatment
  • our care professionals’ expertise
  • information about client rights
  • access
  • choice of options
  • involvement of family and loved ones
  • information about medication
  • safety
  • living conditions and environment
  • privacy

Based on all these indicators, our average score is 8.6 (on a scale from 0 to 10, where 10 means ‘excellent’). It’s a result we are proud of and one that drives us to maintain high quality standards every day.

The Consumer Quality Index allows us to assess experiences, support and the quality of care. In this way, we work together to provide appropriate and personalised addiction care.

When you are looking for the right support for your recovery, you want to be able to rely on quality. Other people’s exeperiences can help you make a choice that suits you. The CQI shows what you can expect from us. In addition, on platforms such as ZorgkaartNederland, you can read how others value our care and consequently, you can be confident that you are in safe hands.
