A wooden block table is held between two fingers, with a blue dot and the number 8.6 next to it.

At Connection SGGZ, we believe it is important to understand how you experience our care, which is why we use the Consumer Quality Index (CQI). It is a questionnaire that allows our clients to rate the quality of our outpatient and inpatient care. Your feedback helps us refine our care to tailor it even more to your needs.

    What does the CQI measure?

The CQI is a survey of different aspects of the care we provide, including:

    • effectiveness
    • respectful treatment
    • information about your treatment
    • our care professionals’ expertise
    • information about client rights
    • access
    • choice of options
    • involvement of family and loved ones
    • information about medication
    • safety
    • living conditions and environment
    • privacy

Based on all these indicators, our average score is 8.6 (on a scale from 0 to 10, where 10 means ‘excellent’). It’s a result we are proud of and one that drives us to maintain high quality standards every day.

Why is this relevant to you?

When you are looking for the right support for your recovery, you want to be able to rely on quality. Other people’s exeperiences can help you make a choice that suits you. The CQI shows what you can expect from us. In addition, on platforms such as ZorgkaartNederland, you can read how others value our care and consequently, you can be confident that you are in safe hands.
